I didn’t just learn recipes growing up; I learned stories. The way my mother’s hands moved as she folded kimchi, the pride in my father’s voice when he grilled samgyeopsal perfectly, the laughter shared over bubbling jjigae on cold nights, these moments shaped me. Now, as a chef, I pour that same heart into every dish I create.
